Dietary Intake of Fibre in Relation to Knee Pain Trajectories

In this study, researchers surveyed whether fibre consumption was connected with knee pain.

They concluded that high dietary total or grain fibre (25g per day) consumption was connected with lower risks of developing moderate and severe knee pain.
