What is Dry Needling?

Dry needling promotes circulation and aims to relieve muscle tension by stimulating the muscles and nervous system. The goal is to promote the recovery process and support your overall well-being.

To do so, fine needles are inserted into specific muscles, also known as myofascial trigger points. They are only inserted five to 10 millimetres deep into your muscle tissue.

Most sessions last between 15 and 30 minutes, and the needles are then carefully removed from the skin. They are then disposed of so that patient hygiene is never compromised.
