This Valentine’s Day, show some love to your spine with rejuvenating stretches. Do these gentle movements to pamper your back and keep it feeling fantastic.

Heart Opener Stretch:

Stand tall, interlace your fingers behind your back, and gently straighten your arms, lifting your chest towards the sky. Hold for 30 seconds to 1 minute, breathing deeply into the stretch.

Seated Spinal Twist:

Sit comfortably on the floor, cross one leg over the other, hug your knee, and twist gently. Hold for 30 seconds to 1 minute, then switch sides.

Child’s Pose with Heart Variation:

Kneel on the floor, sit back on your heels, stretch your arms forward, and relax. Hold for 1-2 minutes, focusing on deep breathing and relaxation.

Cat-Cow Stretch:

On your hands and knees, arch your back on inhale and round it on exhale. Flow smoothly between the two for 1-2 minutes, syncing your breath with movements.

Supported Bridge Pose:

Lay on your back, knees bent, feet flat, and place a block under your sacrum for support. Hold for 1-2 minutes, focusing on deep breaths.

Indulge in self-care with these stretches. Whether solo or with a partner, these movements will release tension, improve flexibility, and promote spinal health. Happy stretching!
