Long Term Yoghurt Consumption and Risk of Incident Hypertension in Adults

Researchers aimed to assess the link between dairy consumption (milk, cheese and yoghurt) with high blood pressure.

Results found a lower risk of incident high blood pressure was related to higher total dairy intake, especially yoghurt, in middle-aged and older adult men and women.
