Is There an Association Between Rainfall and Joint Pain Diagnosis?

by | Aug 10, 2020 | Uncategorised | 0 comments

The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between rainfall and outpatient visits for joint or back pain.

The proportion of visits for joint or back-pain related conditions (such as rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, spondylosis, and intervertebral disc disorders) were compared between rainy and non-rainy days.

Results indicated that there was no relationship between rainfall and outpatient visits for joint or back pain.
