Heading in Soccer Does Not Cause Any Overall Adverse Effects

The current study aimed to investigate the effects of football heading.

This study is the first meta-analytical review of football heading effects, and involved gathering data from multiple research sources, and results from recent systematic reviews.

The results demonstrated that there does not appear to be any overall adverse outcomes for heading a football.
