Getting to know us
At Aurum Health Care, our clients always come first. Our experienced team can provide an array of valuable and beneficial services to help you alleviate your pain and rehabilitation. Indeed, we have leading chiropractors Dr Paul Lee and Dr Vivien Voon. When it comes to physiotherapy, Miran Kong is our head physiotherapist while Jason Muscat is our primary practitioner providing remedial massage in Norwest.
Jason received his Diploma in Remedial Massage from the NSW School of Massage. He is a sports enthusiast, and because of this, he understands the requirements of an athlete. Recovery programs for athletes have changed quite significantly over the past few years, so it’s important to be up to date. Jason is a highly committed and dedicated member of the team at Aurum Health Care. He uses a wide variety of techniques to assist his clients, including trigger point therapy, muscle releases and myofascial releases to reduce muscle tension.
How we do things
At Aurum Health Care, we like to keep things simple. We believe in simple, straightforward communication. If there is something you are unhappy about regarding your treatment, simply mention it to your practitioner or one of our staff. We want our patients to be delighted with our level of care and service. Any feedback is therefore gratefully appreciated.
From the beginning, the team at Aurum Health Care have prided themselves on putting our patients first. It is this commitment to quality patient care that you can rely on.
Many of our clients come to us having been referred by their general practitioner, another specialist or doctor. Some people even come to us because their friends and/or family recommended it to them. Regardless of how you get to us, you can rest assured that we will help in any way we can.
So, your first consultation will commence with a detailed assessment of the injury/pain in question. We will then discuss your medical history to determine if there is an obvious cause of your pain (e.g. congenital or hereditary pain). Once these discussions have taken place, we will find your problem if we are certain that we are correct and then go about devising adequate treatment options. This could involve return visits for a massage in Norwest and/or in-home exercises. These exercises are designed to not only minimise your pain but increase your flexibility and strength.
The benefits of Norwest massage therapy
There are many ways in which frequent Norwest massage treatments can improve your physical being. We’ve already spoken about how it helps muscle tension, but there’s many more benefits to be had from a massage in Norwest. Here are some of the direct benefits:
- Better circulation
- Improved skin tone
- Relaxation and stress relief
- Enhanced joint mobility and flexibility
- Heightened mental alertness
