Dr Vivien Voon (Chiropractor) grew up in Perth and went on to study Chiropractic at Macquarie University, Sydney graduating with a Master in Chiropractic degree in 2007.
Over the next 9 years, Vivien served the Hills District, witnessing areas for improvement in patient care and receiving requests from patients to establish her own clinic based on her genuine, patient-centric approach. Aurum Health Care was established in 2016 in Norwest.
Aurum Health Care’s state-of-the-art clinic in Norwest Business Park was designed and built as a centre for people with chronic pain – often an overlooked group of patients who have already had a long journey through the health system in search of the care they need. Aurum is a place where there is time to listen, evaluate, explain and think critically about what’s causing the pain and how best to treat it, taking the whole person into consideration.
Vivien’s fascination with the complexities of the human body and her extensive study of its systems make her a sought-after Chiropractor with many patients who sometimes travel from far afield to see her. She uses a range of evidence-based assessments and techniques to help relieve mechanical spinal symptoms and improve spinal strength and flexibility in patients of all ages and help you maintain your gains.
Her treatment techniques include:
- Joint manipulation and mobilisations
- Electrotherapy
- Musculoskeletal dry needling
- Sports taping.
As a strong believer in personalised care, Vivien tailors her strategies to your particular needs, communicating clearly with you at each stage of your treatment. She has a particular interest in treating neck pain, headaches and fibromyalgia.
Further studies in neurology, paediatrics and pre and postnatal care have allowed Vivien to expand her knowledge, and enhanced her ability to address more complicated spinal and neurological conditions such as:

- Pregnancy-related back pain
- Sciatica
- Postural conditions
- Headaches and migraines.
Vivien is committed to coordinated, holistic care and works with your GP or specialist. If she thinks you need more than chiropractic care to ease your symptoms, she refers you to the appropriate healthcare provider.
